Belmont Preserve 17 Home Subdivision

Belmont Preserve LLC has been developing a new single-family subdivision consisting of approximately 17 homes on individual parcels. 

The 7.74-acre site is located between 1839 and 1825 N Belmont Ave, Springfield, OH 45503 and is further described as tax parcel 3400700030203015 on the Clark County Auditor’s website. The City of Springfield will have jurisdictional authority over the project with regard to site development.

The project is breaking ground in summer of 2025. Homes will be available starting Spring 2026. Home pricing starts in the $300,000.
